Kimberley Lyday

Founder & Principal, Lyday Talent Partners

Kimberley Lyday is a Human Resources and talent acquisition executive with over a decade of experience architecting people strategies for organizations in periods of rapid growth and transformation. Most recently, as Director, Talent Management at Novo Health Services, she set enterprise talent acquisition strategy for a multi-site organization — partnering with executive leadership to align hiring with business growth and driving measurable gains in quality of hire and time-to-fill.

Her track record spans leading global benefits and total rewards strategy at Anisa International, and guiding a 1,000+ person workforce at OS National through a 40% reduction in force followed by 400% growth, including a full Workday implementation to modernize HR operations.

That breadth of experience — spanning workforce planning, compensation, and organizational development at companies including ThyssenKrupp North America, OSP Prevention Group, and Tharco/Packaging Corporation of America — forms the foundation of The Lyday Blueprint™, the methodology Kimberley now brings full-time to Lyday Talent Partners. A PHR-certified HR leader, she delivers enterprise-caliber discipline in total rewards, benefits strategy, HRIS implementation, and talent leadership to every client she serves.
